MOUNTAIN ROAD is a recently
formed trio of veteran musicians who have performed in
theTallahassee area for many years. The group performs acoustic
music including primarily bluegrass, folk and country-rock but also
adds in some Jimmy Buffett, Beatles, etc. as well .

Mark Leadon sings and plays banjo
and guitar and has played with Tallahassee area bands Impulse and
Blue & Lonesome. Steve Malono sings and plays guitar and
mandolin and has played with the Hotgrass Band and the Amnesiacs.
Mike Snelling plays acoustic bass and plays with a number of local
bands including Blue & Lonesome and Nancy Moore and Nashville
Highway. The band plays several original bluegrass songs off Mark
Leadon's recent CD.

Exchange, Black Dog Cafe and Gordon's String Music.
